Where do you ship?
Pulp & Press ships to locations across Ontario, and select cities in Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. These cities include Montreal, Laval, Gatineau, Longueuil, Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, Halifax, Darmouth, Sydney, and Bridgewater . We also ship to select locations in Quebec City - email email@example.com to find out if we ship to your address.
All orders will arrive within 2-5 business days after placing your order in chilled, insulated boxes.
If you live in a house and you are not home for your delivery, your package will be left on your front step. If you live in an apartment, our courier must be let into your building to drop off your package. Our couriers cannot leave packages outside of apartment buildings.
It is important that you refrigerate the juice once it arrives to remain fresh. Please ensure that you will be able to receive your order the day it arrives. If you’d like to track your shipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pulp & Press Juice Co. does reserve the right to deny shipment to specific locations in Ontario and Quebec. You will be contacted if this is the case.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $125 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $125 qualify for $15 flat rate shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be delivered in an chilled, insulated boxes within 2-5 business days. Delivery time depends on location, transport delays, and weather. Please note, we do not ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
We recommend starting your cleanse once you receive it. If you want to delay the order so you can drink your juice on a later date, email email@example.com. If you do not email us, expect that the order will arrive at your location shortly after ordering it.
Can I schedule my shipping arrival date?
To request a specific delivery date please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name and Order Number immediately after placing your order.
We try our best to ship all orders complete, however, sometimes it is necessary to divide the orders into two or more packages, or more than one shipment.
Is there local pickup available?
Absolutely! All juices and cleanses are available for purchase at our flagship location inside Fire Roasted Coffee Co. at 105 King St. London, Ontario N6A 6K1. Please note all orders placed online cannot be picked up at Fire Roasted, as we package our orders at a warehouse facility.
Delivery Address Accuracy
In order for prompt delivery, please provide a complete street address with a postal code. Pulp & Press does not take any responsibility for packages that might be misdirected, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect address. We are also not responsible for additional shipping charges that result from an inaccurate or incomplete address. Although it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we will do our best to contact you if a problem with a shipping address occurs.
Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments Return Policy
If your shipment is lost, damaged, or short upon delivery, report it to us immediately. Pulp & Press will evaluate your request, and refund or resend the missing or damaged juice(s).Our team will respond to your request outlining why or why not your request will be granted. If granted, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect a refund within 3 business days, and replacement juices within 5 business days after we grant your request. If you receive a package that has been opened do not accept it. Please do not return the order to our location, but rather dispose of the product.
Because our juices are perishable goods, we will not accept “change of mind” returns. We will only accept a refund request if there is evidence our team was negligent in fulfilling your order.
Your refund request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
